Approval under Section 62 read with Section 79 (1) (d) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and under Regulation 15 (1) (a) and Regulation 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 for truing up of the transmission tariff for the 2019-24 tariff period and the determination of the transmission tariff for the 2024-29 tariff period for the Asset 1: Splitting of Dharamjaygarh Pool 765kV Bus with necessary switching arrangement, installation of the 765kV 1x330 MVAr Bus Reactor along with associated bay at the 765 kV Bus Section B of Dharamjaygarh Pool and installation of the 420kV 1x125 MVAr Bus Reactor along with associated bay at the 400kV Bus of Dharamjaygarh Pool, Asset 2: Splitting of Raigarh (Kotra) Pool 765kV and 400kV Bus with necessary switching arrangement, installation of 765kV 1x240MVAr Bus Reactor alongwith associated bay at the 765 kV Bus Section A of Raigarh (Kotra) Pool and installation of the 765kV Bus Reactor Bay at the 765 kV Bus Section A of Raigarh (Kotra) Pool and installation of the 420kV, 1x125MVAr Bus Reactor along with associated bay at the 400kV Bus Section A of Raigarh (Kotra) Pool & Asset 3: Installation of 765kV 1X240 MVAr Bus Reactor along with associated bay at the 765kV Bus Section A of Champa Pool under “Western Region System Strengthening Scheme (XVIII)” in the Western Region.
