Petition under Section 79(1)(c) and Section 79(1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 27 and 28 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020 and Regulation 42 and 44 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access to the Inter-State Transmission System) Regulations, 2022 for seeking extension in commissioning date, start date of the connectivity and consequential waiver of 100% Inter-State Transmission Charges.
