Background:
1. The case was heard on 27/09/2024, as scheduled, in the court room of the Commission.
2. At the outset, Sh. Himanshu Monga, counsel for the respondent No. 1 intimated that due to demise of the mother of the leading counsel, the reply could not be prepared and sought more time to file reply.
