The Applicant, RPG Power Trading Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RPGPTCL”), has filed the present application to upgrade its inter-State trading licence in electricity from Category ‘II’ to Category ‘I’.
2. Vide order dated 23.9.2008 in Petition No. 85/2008, the Applicant was granted an inter-State trading licence as a Category ‘E’ electricity trader throughout India, in accordance with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and other related matters) Regulations, 2004.
