The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions have been filed for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Network Expansion Scheme in Navinal (Mundra) area of Gujarat for drawl of power in the area” (‘the Project’) as discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process and for the grant of a transmission licence for establishing the Project.
