The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Transmission System Strengthening for Interconnection of Bhadla-III and Bikaner-III complex” (‘the Project’) as discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process and for the grant of a transmission licence for establishing the Project.
