WBERC: In regard to petition submitted by WBSETCL for review of APR order dated 28th June, 2021 of the commission

1.0 This application was submitted by the West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) on 19.07.2022 for review of Annual Performance Review (APR) order dated 28.06.2021 in Case No. APR-51/15-16 dated 28.06.2021 passed by the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (herein after "the Commission", or "WBERC") for the financial year 2014-15 under Regulation 3.
