The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition had been filed for approval of the transmission tariff for new T&D Elements, namely, i) Burdwan GIS, ii) 220 kV Parulia-Burdwan Transmission Line, iii) 220 kV bay at Parulia Sub-station, and, iv) Power Transformer (4th) at Durgapur Sub-station in Eastern Region.
