In exercise of powers conferred under Section 178 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Commission has made the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recruitment, Control and Service conditions of Staff) (Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
