The Petition has been filed for claiming the relief and change in law during the Transmission Project under the Agreement 24.7.2017.  in the present case, there is a delay of 5 days in achieving the Commercial Operation Date of the Project, and such delay is squarely covered by the extension granted by the Ministry of Power, Govt.
