Background:
In exercise of powers conferred under Section 181 read with Sections 42, 61(h), 66 and 86(1)(e) of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations, namely Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024 for implementation in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
