The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition has been filed for the grant of a separate transmission licence for implementing the Transmission Project “Transmission System for enabling interconnection of REGS at Neemuch S/s” (“the Project”) under the RTM mode and the Petitioner has already complied with all the requirements under the Transmission Licence Regulations.
