For the reasons stated hereinabove, the Petitioner most humbly requests the Hon'ble Commission:
(a) to determine Tariff for the Generating Station for the F.Y. 2025-26 consisting of:
1. fixed (capacity) charges of Rs. 850.85 Crore; and
ii. variable (energy) charges on sent out basis of Rs.
