KSERC: Petition of KSEBL v/s Cyber Park determination of tariff for single point supply & sharing of electricity charges

Background: KSEBL) filed a petition on 23.12.2024 with the prayer to “approve the Single Point Supply tariff applicable to M/s Cyber Park be fixed, and sharing of electricity charges may be fixed in compliance to Regulation 56(10) of Supply Code, 2014

The Commission, after detailed examination of the petition filed by KSEBL, the comments of the respondent M/s Cyberpark, the deliberations of the subject matter during the hearing, the provisions of the Electricity Act,2003 and Kerala Electricity Supply Code 2014, and other Rules, Regulations and prudent practices, hereby orders the following;
