Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed for the grant of a transmission licence to establish the “Eastern Region Expansion Scheme - XXXIX” (‘the Project’) and for the adoption of the transmission charges in respect of the Project discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process.
