It is observed that some Stakeholders requested to allow the expenditures incurred on account of Water charges, security charges and Capital Spares separately from applicable operation and maintenance charges.
Stakeholders further requested that expenditure of insurance should be excluded from O&M Expenses and shall be allowed over and above O&M Expenses as were allowed in RERC Tariff Regulations, 2019.
