At the outset, the learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner submitted in terms of the directions of the Commission vide ROP of the hearing dated 27.9.2024, both parties have filed their written submissions, stating that the dispute involved in the present petition relates to a ‘tariff dispute’ and the Commission shall adjudicate the dispute under section 79(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003.
