(1) Clause 9 of Regulation 4 of 2013 (Licensees’ Duty for Supply of Electricity on Request and Recovery of Expenses for Providing Electric Line and Electrical Plant) reads as follows:
(i) The Distribution/Transmission Licensee shall submit the schedule of rates to the Commission for approval on an annual basis and publish the cost data book by 1st April of the year, which shall be the basis of making the initial estimate for erection of electric line or plant in order to extend supply to the applicant.
