Petitioner's Prayers:

To issue an Order or Direction, directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents, not to collect anymore DSM Charges for the Year 2025-2026 and to strictly adhere to the provisions and obligations, as cast upon with them, in supplying with the 15 Minutes Time Block Wise Dynamic Data, on a Real Time basis, to all the Petitioner and the QCAs appointed for this purpose, by specifying a time limit, in terms of the DSM Regulation 2024 and the procedures notified thereunder and to pass such further or other orders as the Commission.
