Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Transmission Scheme for Integration of Tumkur-II REZ in Karnataka” (‘the Project’) discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process and for the grant of a transmission licence for establishing the Project.
