CERC: Serentica Renewables Withdraws Petition After CTUIL Approves Change of Source Request

Petition under Section 79 of the Electricity Act, 2003, seeking approval of Serentica Renewables India Private Limited’s applications dated 16.10.2025 submitted for change of source in terms of Regulation 9.3 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access to the inter-State Transmission System) Regulations, 2022, as amended from time to time and consequential relief thereto.
