The Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) has issued a tender to develop 600 MW of interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected wind-solar hybrid projects under a build-own-operate (BOO) model. Bids must be submitted by January 19, 2026, and will be opened the following day. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of ₹20 Lakhs/MW with GST, a performance bank guarantee of ₹23.
