Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has issued a tender for a pre-feasibility study to evaluate a 100 MW Round-the-Clock (RTC) renewable energy project, combining wind and solar power. The project is planned in two phases, each producing 50 MW, as part of CPCL’s strategy to achieve net-zero emissions and reduce energy costs at its Manali refinery.
