CSERC: Petition of BSP-TEED for approval of True up for the financial year FY 2023-24 and determination of retail power

Petitioner: Bhilai Steel Plant Town Electrical Engineering Department (BSP-TEED)

Background: The Commission vide Order dated 24 October 2024, directed the Licensees and Generating Companies to file the Tariff Petition for FY 2025-26 along with the true-up Petition for FY 2023-24 in accordance with the Act and broadly following the principles specified in the CSERC MYT Regulations, 2021.
