CSERC: Petition of Jindal Steel Limited – Distribution for Tariff for FY 2026-27

Background: In the matter of- 1. Truing up of ARR for FY 2024-25; 2. Determination of ARR for FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30 and Tariff for FY 2026-27

As per provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred as 'the Act') and the Tariff Policy, the Commission has notified the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2025 (hereinafter referred as 'CSERC MYT Regulations, 2025') for determination of tariff for the generating company, transmission licensee, and distribution licensees which is applicable for control period from FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30.
