This order is being issued as per provisions and parameters specified in RE Tariff Regulations 2025. Parameters related to disposal of excess energy beyond CUF, capital cost, O&M expenses and RoE have been specified in the RE Tariff Regulations 2025 after stakeholders’ consultations. Review of these parameters, which are specified in the prevailing regulations are not the subject matter of present regulatory process.
