Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Group Net Metering and Virtual Net Metering for Renewable Energy) (Seventh Amendment) Guidelines, 2025.
Amendment of Guidelines 3 (2) (Applicability of VNM) of Principal Guidelines:
In Guideline 3(2) (Applicability of VNM), the following shall be substituted as: -
"Virtual Net Metering Framework shall be applicable for all consumers of NCT of Delhi including consumers of single point of supply.
