Inviting comments/suggestions/objections on Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Open Access) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025
1) In exercise of powers conferred under Section 39,40,42 read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby proposes to make the amendments in "Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2005" (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Regulations").
