1. The representative of the Petitioner states that while carrying out the inspection for the alleged theft of electricity, at the premises of the Petitioner, proper videography was not done. Learned Counsel for the Respondent, however, states that videography was partially done, but could not be fully completed on account of the resistance from the villagers.
