Background:
The instant Petition has been filed by BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. (BRPL) seeking approval to Levy Differential Power Purchase Adjustment Cost (hereinafter called PPAC) for the Power Purchase Cost incurred from July’2024 to September’2024 for the Q2 of FY 2024-25, in accordance with Section 62 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 134 of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2017.
