In the matter of: Additional Surcharge payable by Open Access consumers for the period of 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026.
The Commission vide order dated 12.03.2014 in Petition No. 1302 of 2013 decided the applicability and methodology of Additional Surcharge to the Open Access consumers, after consultation with all the Stakeholders.
