Tariff Framework for Procurement of Power by Distribution licensees and Others from Wind Power Projects for Gujarat

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 3 (1), 61 (h), 62 (1) (a), and 86 (1) (b)& (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003, National Electricity Policy, 2005, and Tariff Policy, 2016 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC or Commission) presents this Order on the tariff framework for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licensees and others from Solar Energy Power Projects for the State of Gujarat.
