Background: The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner for approval and necessary direction by the Commission with regards to RPO compliance for Financial Year 2020-21 by GIFT Power Company Limited. It is also prayed to revise the RPO targets and exempt the Petitioner for RPO compliance during FY 2020-21.
