Suo Motu Petition No. 2646 of 2026 in the matter of Computation and Recovery of Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS) for the FY 2026-27

The GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2024 Clause 115 has stipulated that the Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS) needs to be computed and recovered from the eligible consumers on monthly basis.
