In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 181(1) read with Section 9 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) thereof, the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby proposes to amend Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Verification of captive generating plants and Captive Users), Regulations, 2023 (G-45 of 2026).
