Background: The Petitioner has filed the present Petition in the matter of Truing-up of FY 2024- 25 based on GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2016, and Approval of Revised ARR of FY 2026-27 and Determination of Tariff for FY 2026-27 in accordance with the GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2024, on 29th November, 2025.
