This Policy will come into effect from the date of its notification and shall remain in operation for a period of five years i.e., up to 01/11/2027.
Earlier Gujarat Waste to Energy Policy-2016 and its amendments, stand extended till the date of notification of Gujarat Waste to Energy Policy- 2022.
