In terms of the remand order passed by APTEL vide order dated 9.7.2024 in Appeal No.234/2024, this petition was listed for hearing.

After hearing the detailed oral submissions of the learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent for some time, the Commission enquired if the issue involved in the present case related to a non-tariff dispute to be referred to arbitration in terms of the judgment dated 28.
