Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has issued a Request for Selection (RfS) dated 22 June 2026 for the development of 450 MW / 900 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) under a tariff-based competitive bidding process supported by Viability Gap Funding (VGF) through the Power System Development Fund (PSDF).
