GUVNL issues tender for 250 MW Wind Project with 'Greenshoe Option’ of additional upto 250 MW

Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) has issued a 250 MW grid-connected Wind Power tender (Phase X), with an additional 250 MW available under a ‘Greenshoe Option’. Bids are open until November 3, 2025. The minimum bidding capacity is 10 MW for Intra-State and 50 MW for Inter-State projects. Bidders must declare an annual Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of at least 25%, failing which bids will be rejected and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) forfeited.
