Background: The petitioner i.e. HPGCL, vide its Memo No. 246/HPGCL/Reg-522 (2025) dated 26.11.2025, has filed the present petition seeking true-up for the FY 2024-25 and determination of Generation Tariff for the FY 2026-27 under Section 61 and 62 of Electricity Act, 2003 read with the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission MYT Regulations, 2019 including its subsequent amendments.
