HPERC: Petition of HPPTCL for approval of Capital Cost and Determination of Tariff for the 4th and 5th Control Period

Background: The Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (the ‘HPPTCL’ or ‘Petitioner’ or ‘Applicant’) has filed the present Petition with the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘the Commission’ or ‘HPERC’) for the Approval of Capital Cost and Determination of Tariff for 4th and 5th Control Period from COD to FY 2028-29 for 220/66 kV, 100/126 MVA (2x50/63 MVA) GIS Sub-Station in the yard of 400/220 kV GIS Sub-Station at Gumma under the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2011, as amended from time to time, Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time, and under Section-62, read with Section-86 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
