HERC: Petition of HVPNL for relaxation/appropriate amendment in implementation of Regulation 47.4 of MYT Regulation 2024

Background: The present petition has been filed by HVPNL under Section 86(c), (i) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 80 to 82, 84 and 86 of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Distribution & Retail Supply under Multi Year Tariff Framework) Regulations, 2024 (“MYT Regulations, 2024”) seeking necessary directions for relaxation/ appropriate amendment(s) and/or removal of difficulty in the implementation of Regulation 47.
