Background:

The present Petition was filed by Northern Railways under Section 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 75 of the HERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2019 on account of contravention of the directions issued by this Hon’ble Commission under orders dated 17.
