HERC: Commission's Duty to Supply Regulations, 2016 by UHBVN

Petitioner: Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam

In view of the foregoing facts and position of law, since the Respondent no. 1 has failed to cure inadequacies, the petition is allowed with following directions:

a) The inadequacies amounting to Rs.52.1192 Cr. shall be cured by the Respondent within one year;

b) The monthly progress report of the work on curing of inadequacies shall be submitted by the Respondent to the petitioner.
