The PPA is Ordered to be approved subject to the following conditions:-
(i) The Project registration has been extended upto 11.04.2025 and Project is not yet commissioned. Therefore, the Project shall be entitled to the tariff of Rs. 3.45 per kWh which shall be subject to further adjustment of subsidy, if any, and is provisional.
