Farm (Solar Venture) (Petitioner for short) that a Joint Petition No. 46 of 2024 for approval of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA for short) was filed by the Petitioner and the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL/ Respondent for short) which was allowed by the Commission vide Order dated 02.
