Background:
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), read with section 61, 66, and 86 thereof and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and after previous publication, the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh hereby makes the following Regulations, namely:
