1 The Petitioner is directed to complete its adherence to Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Framework for Resource Adequacy) Regulations, 2024 notified on November 5, 2024. Furthermore, the Petitioner is directed to submit the completion report outlining the steps undertaken to adopt the Regulations within three months of issuance of this order.
