The Commission hereby affirms that the Tariff Order dated 10.12.2024 has been issued in consonance with the order dated 10.05.2010 passed by the Hon’ble APTEL in appeal No. 146 of 2009, as such this Commission’s order dated 10.12.2024 shall be read along with aforesaid Hon’ble APTEL’s order dated 10.
